Resolved issue 2777 with RotateTransition not showing new content during very first transition.Added new MouseAsCenter property to ExplosionTransition and defaulted to false. This is because the mouse is many times not over the TransitionElement when the transition starts and the effect doesn't make sense if the mouse is far away.
